What we do

Peninsula Wellbeing Centre fills the gap between you and your health care professional.  We offer a range of services designed to improve your quality of life through health and fitness regimes that accommodates your needs and compliment your lifestyle.  We help you feel more confident in your ability to handle life's challenges.

The purpose of the Centre is to service clients interested in a holistic approach to preventive and regenerative treatment.  Clients will enjoy the benefits of a personal health assessment program encompassing mind, body and soul.  Medical needs will be managed by referral to local specialists in General Practice, Physiotherapy, Psychotherapy, Naturopathy and other practices.
